Shipping policy

All of our orders are processed on the same day they are administered on our website, unless the order has been registered on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed on the next working day.

We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

Once your order has been checked, it is processed within 1/6 days and dispatched to your delivery address.

All our products leave our premises within 1/6 days of placing your order. We deliver to all countries by ship, which allows us to offer an international service.

Estimated average delivery time:

Normally: 12-20 days, depending on product demand.

In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc.) or logistical problems, shipment may take 3-4 weeks.

If this is not the case, you will be able to get a refund for lost/non-shipped orders.

All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.

Please consider
*If the customer has not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us within minutes of ordering (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund option and a subsequent shipment of the package will be at the expense of the customer and buyer.

*If at the time of delivery of the order the customer cannot be contacted proceed to notification via mailbox and if within 15 days the package is not picked up from the notified office, it will be sent back to the factory after losing the package without refund option.

*If the shipment has already been dispatched it will not be possible to change the delivery address as the shipments are under the delivery of external Koala Brand companies and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the parcel in case he did not indicate the correct address, moved from home or similar.

Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.

Koala Brand is in no way responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied at customs for the package purchased, so the buyer and Koala Brand customer will be responsible for providing the amount requested at customs without being able to process a refund.

*All returns for any reason will be at the customer's expense (we will pay the cost of returning the product to the buyer).
